About Mortgage Maven – Cynthia Farrell NMLS 915085

Cynthia Farrell has more than 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She has held almost every position in the mortgage loan process. She has overseen origination/processing, underwriting, funding and delivery of all mortgage loans to the secondary market. She has focused the last 28 years in Underwriting and Underwriting Leadership. Her most recent position was as Regional Underwriting Manager with a West Coast and National Focus. Extensive loan structuring and product knowledge have been key to her success, and she will be utilizing that knowledge to support clients in being able to obtain the mortgage loan that is best for them and their needs. Her mission as a Loan Officer is to find a way for community members to be homeowners, to use their equity as needed, and to invest in her community in ways that will provide housing for those in need, to educate our community members on how to create a path to home ownership. Cynthia believes deeply that the Real Estate and Mortgage industries can be huge influencers on the landscapes of our cities, state, and nation in providing housing, she believes this is our primary responsibility. She will work diligently with borrowers to meet their current and future mortgage financing needs.
